Job summary

ApTask Global Workforce seeks a Senior HRIS Specialist in San Juan, PR to lead HRIS configuration, governance, and reporting. The role supports HR functions including Workforce Planning, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Experience.

The ideal candidate will ensure data integrity across integrated systems, guide security configurations, and deliver training to HR teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in HRIS configuration and administration.
• Experience with system documentation, configuration standards, and SOP creation/implementation.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Lead HRIS configuration across core modules (HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Security).
• Audit and reconcile workforce data across systems to ensure data integrity.
• Oversee compliance and process effectiveness of HRIS configurations.
• Manage HRIS implementation projects from requirements gathering to go-live.
• Troubleshoot configuration errors and workflow breakdowns.
• Manage security roles and access controls in the HRIS.
• Document configurations, workflows, and data standards.
• Provide training to HR and stakeholders on HRIS functionality.
