Job summary

MJHS is seeking an experienced HRIS leader to own the strategy, administration, and optimization of a select group of HR systems. You will partner with HRIS and Talent Acquisition teams, drive data integrity, automate workflows, and provide strategic reporting to support decisions.

You will oversee governance, configurations, upgrades, and integrations, while guiding best practices and process improvement across HR operations. A strong leadership background is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive HRIS/HR tech experience.
• Experience administering and supporting iCIMS is required.
• Experience with Infor CloudSuite and/or UKG is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR systems, data governance, and reporting.
• Advanced Excel, dashboards, and data analysis skills.
• 1–2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, administration, and optimization of HRIS systems.
• Serve as primary owner of HR tech for Talent Acquisition.
• Govern configuration, integrations, upgrades, and reporting.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, Payroll, and vendors.
• Develop documentation and SOPs for data transfers and processes.
