Job summary

Icann seeks an HRIS Sr. Specialist to administer and support the organization’s HRIS and related HR technology platforms. The role collaborates with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and external partners to ensure accurate data, effective solutions, and reliable systems.

You will manage data integrity, run standard and ad-hoc HR reports, and support system upgrades and testing. A strong emphasis on data governance, security, and process improvements is required for success in a global environment.

Qualifications

• Typically, minimum 6 years of HRIS/HR technology or related experience.
• Hands-on experience with a major HRIS/HCM platform such as Oracle HCM, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or a comparable system.
• Experience with HR data management, reporting, system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting HR processes such as compensation, benefits, payroll, performance management, or recruiting.
• Experience working in a global or multi-country environment is preferred.
• HR or HR technology certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day administration and maintenance of the organization’s HRIS and related HR technology platforms.
• Maintain employee and organizational data, system configuration, workflows, business processes, and security access.
• Respond to HRIS questions and troubleshoot system and data issues.
• Work with the Senior HRIS Manager, E IT, and external support to investigate and resolve system issues.
• Support system upgrades, enhancements, releases, and implementation of new functionality.
• Maintain HRIS documentation, procedures, and configuration information.
• Develop and maintain standard and ad-hoc HR reports.
• Produce workforce data and reports to support HR programs, management reporting, audits, and business decision-making.
• Assist with the development and maintenance of HR dashboards and workforce metrics.
• Validate HR data and reporting results to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Respond to HR data and reporting requests from HR and other business functions.
• Monitor HR system interfaces and integrations.
• Investigate integration errors and coordinate issue resolution with appropriate internal teams and vendors.
• Support system configuration changes and enhancements, system implementations, upgrades, data conversions
• Develop test scenarios and conduct system and user acceptance testing. Track project activities, testing, issues, and deliverables
• Develop and maintain process documentation and provide user training as needed
• Provide system and data support for recurring HR programs and processes, including compensation reviews, performance management, benefits enrollment, workforce planning, and organizational changes, including system setup, data validation, testing, reporting, and implementation.
• Assist HR functional teams with system-related requirements and process improvements.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Support HR technology projects. Participate in evaluating HR technology enhancements and potential solutions
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
