Job summary

Security Industry Specialists, Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst, People Operations and HR Systems to redefine how HR work is executed and embedded into systems. You will own HRIS configuration, data integrity, and reporting relied upon by HR leadership and Operations.

The role focuses on automating processes, driving adoption, and ensuring data quality across HR systems. Location is flexible with travel to SIS offices as needed.

Qualifications

• 5 years in people operations, HR operations, or HRIS with direct HRIS configuration/administration experience.
• Experience redesigning HR processes end-to-end and implementing change.
• Experience building reports/dashboards from HR data with defined metrics.

Responsibilities

• Owns HRIS configuration, data integrity, workflow setup, and data quality issues.
• Redesigns HR processes end-to-end and implements changes through config, docs, and training.
• Builds automation and self-service to reduce repetitive HR tasks.
• Maintains HR dashboards and reports with valid source data and retiring unused reports.
• Gathers requirements for HR system selection and evaluates vendors against them.
• Manages data flow between HR systems and payroll/scheduling/applicant tracking, resolving breaks.
