Job summary

Habasit America Inc is seeking an HR Specialist (Systems) to manage HRIS systems, payroll data, compensation and benefits information, and workforce analytics. The role partners with Payroll, HR, Finance, and IT to ensure accurate data management and robust reporting.

Primary focus is supporting U.S. operations while contributing to HR reporting and system initiatives across the Americas as needed. Regular hours are monday through friday, with occasional peak workloads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, IS, data analytics or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HRIS, HR analytics, payroll support, compensation and benefits administration.
• Experience with HR information systems and employee data management.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain HRIS including ADP Workforce Now and Cornerstone.
• Support Payroll Manager with HRIS administration and payroll data validation.
• Maintain employee records, hires, transfers, promotions, and separations.
• Develop and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
• Prepare and reconcile HR, payroll, compensation, and benefits data.
• Support annual HR processes like compensation reviews and open enrollment.
• Conduct HR data audits and coordinate corrective actions.
• Troubleshoot HRIS issues and coordinate with vendors.
• Ensure security and access administration per approvals.
