Job summary

Aa210 is seeking an HRIS Support Analyst to provide technical and analytical support for HR systems and data across the organization. You will develop reports, dashboards, and data visuals, while maintaining data integrity and supporting end-users with training and troubleshooting.

The role emphasizes data-driven insights, process improvements, and the delivery of accurate HR information to inform strategic decisions. Strong proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Excel, and SharePoint is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IS, data analytics, or related field.
• 2+ years importing data for reporting, spreadsheets, graphs, and flow charts.
• 3+ years in report writing, data administration, and HR systems training.
• Experience with HR systems and analytics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, automate, and maintain reports and dashboards for HR and business units.
• Mine, aggregate, and validate data from multiple HR systems.
• Provide day-to-day HR system support and troubleshooting.
• Perform UAT for process updates and assist with system upgrades.
