Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Senior Digital Analytics Specialist in the United States for a fully remote role. You will own analytics initiatives from implementation to reporting, working with GA4, GTM, dataLayer, and data warehouses.

You will lead client conversations with senior marketing stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple client accounts. The role emphasizes hands-on analytics, dashboard creation (Looker Studio/Tableau/Power BI), and CRO program leadership

Qualifications

• 5+ years in an agency or consulting environment with direct ownership of client relationships and multiple concurrent accounts.
• Hands-on expertise with GA4 and Google Tag Manager, including event architecture, dimensions, metrics, and server-side tagging.
• Advanced dataLayer design and specification knowledge.
• Coding skills in JavaScript for GTM and SQL for querying, transformation, and analysis.
• Experience building data pipelines and warehousing solutions using BigQuery or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to build dashboards in Looker Studio, Tableau, and/or Power BI to support business decisions.
• Experience leading CRO programs with A/B and multivariate testing.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement GA4 and GTM measurement frameworks.
• Develop dataLayer specifications and validate implementations with developers.
• Diagnose analytics issues end-to-end and ensure accurate reporting.
• Build scalable data pipelines and warehousing with BigQuery integrations.
• Create dashboards in Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI for stakeholders.
• Lead CRO initiatives with hypotheses and testing plans.
• Analyze behavioral data across GA4, Clarity, Crazy Egg, etc., to identify improvements.
• Support proposals and analytics scoping for prospective clients.
• Manage multiple client accounts with cross-functional teams.
