Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking an HRBP with data analytics expertise to partner with teams delivering Medicaid-related proposals and new business implementations. You will build and analyze workforce data, create executive-ready reports, and drive staffing decisions in a remote, cross-functional setting.

The role emphasizes actionable insights, change management, and collaboration across HR and business functions to optimize resources and timelines in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• 3+ years HR or business-support experience.
• 2+ years creating reports and analyzing data.
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI platforms.
• Experience using AI productivity tools to improve work outputs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic HR partner for teams supporting RFP responses and new business implementations.
• Build, manage, and analyze workforce and operational data for RFPs and staffing plans.
• Develop reports and dashboards translating HR data into actionable insights.
• Coordinate resources and timelines for HR-related activities during launches.
• Identify HR process gaps, risks, and implement improvements.
• Lead change-management initiatives and internal/external communications.
• Create executive-level presentations on workforce trends and progress.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align staffing with business strategy.
• Utilize AI tools to improve data analysis, reporting, and project execution.
