RaceTrac is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to support the HRIS Manager with administration of Workday HCM and other HR systems. You will assist end users and business stakeholders across the organization.

You'll manage the help desk queue, test new Workday releases, develop reports, and document business processes. A strong Excel skill set and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Workday processes and reporting.
• Experience performing mass data updates (e.g., Workday EIBs).
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; data-driven mindset.
• Proficient in Excel (advanced/expert).

Responsabilités

• Provide daily functional support for HR systems (Workday, time-tracking, LMS).
• Manage help desk queue, troubleshoot, and escalate issues.
• Support Workday releases, test features, and perform regression testing.
• Assist with new projects, enhancements, and documentation.
• Develop HR reports to meet business needs.
