RaceTrac Petroleum, Inc. is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to support the HRIS Manager with administration of HR systems and to assist end-users and stakeholders.

You will serve as the primary contact for daily functional support of key HR systems (Workday HCM, time-tracking, and LMS), manage the help queue, perform testing of releases, develop reports, and document business processes to improve efficiency across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years experience with HRIS processes and reporting preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail oriented with ability to work independently.

• Serve as primary contact for daily functional support of HR systems (Workday HCM, time-tracking, LMS).
• Manage HRIS help ticket queue, troubleshoot and escalate issues.
• Support Workday releases with testing and regression checks.
• Assist testing and implementation of new HRIS projects.
• Build and maintain business process and design documentation for end users.
• Develop reports based on business needs and requirements.
