Job summary

Verra Mobility seeks a Senior HRIS Analyst to own Workday Core HCM and Benefits configurations, governance, and data integrity. The role supports Greenhouse ATS integrations and alignment across the HR tech ecosystem, partnering with HR Ops, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, IT, and vendors to deliver scalable solutions.

You will maintain data quality, govern access, and drive automation while improving candidate, employee, and manager experiences through thoughtful system optimization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HRIS/Workday experience in a large organization.
• Hands-on Workday Core HCM and Benefits configuration and governance.
• Experience administering Greenhouse ATS and integrations with Workday.
• Experience with HR data governance, data feeds, EIBs, and mass data management.
• Translate HR requirements into practical system solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own Workday Core HCM and Benefits configuration and optimization.
• Maintain organizational structures, staffing models, worker data, and eligibility rules.
• Manage Workday business processes, security roles, and approvals.
• Maintain inbound/outbound integrations with benefit carriers, payroll providers, identity systems, and other vendors.
• Support Greenhouse configuration, workflows, and integrations with Workday.
• Lead testing, validation, and vendor release coordination.
• Partner with HR, IT, Finance, Payroll and vendors to deliver scalable solutions.
• Ensure data governance and internal controls across HR systems.
