Job summary

Verra Mobility is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to own Workday Core HCM and Benefits configuration and governance. You will also serve as the subject matter expert for Greenhouse ATS, ensuring data integrity and smooth integrations across the HR tech stack.

You will collaborate with HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, IT, and vendors to optimize employee and candidate data, streamline workflows, and support ongoing HR system enhancements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in HRIS or Workday administration.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Core HCM and Benefits.
• Experience administering Greenhouse ATS, including configurations and integrations.
• Strong data governance, security, and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Own system configuration and governance for Workday Core HCM and Benefits, with ongoing optimization.
• Serve as HRIS SME for Greenhouse ATS; align recruiting data with Workday integrations.
• Lead testing, releases, and governance documentation for HR tech enhancements.
• Maintain integrations with carriers, payroll, identity systems, and external vendors.
