Job summary

Verra Mobility in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to own Workday Core HCM and Benefits configuration, governance, integrations, and data integrity. You will act as SME for Greenhouse ATS, aligning recruiting data across our HR technology ecosystem.

You will partner with HR Operations, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, IT, and external vendors to deliver scalable solutions, improve processes, and ensure accurate employee data while enhancing the candidate and manager experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HRIS, HR technology, or Workday functional administration.
• Strong Workday Core HCM knowledge and data management.

Responsibilities

• Own HRIS configuration and governance for Workday Core HCM and Benefits.
• Serve as HRIS SME for Greenhouse ATS and ensure data integrity between Greenhouse and Workday.
• Lead testing, integrations, and release coordination across HR technologies.
• Partner with HR Operations, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, IT, and external vendors to deliver scalable solutions.
• Maintain governance materials, process maps, and test scripts.
• Translate HR business requirements into scalable HR technology solutions.
