Job summary

TheKey is seeking an HRIS Analyst to manage Workday and related HR technology, configuring and supporting HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Payroll, and more for a fast-paced organization.

You will lead security configurations, data migration, and upgrades, while driving automation and high-quality reporting. Partner with HR and IT to improve business processes and ensure data integrity across all Workday domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years with Workday HCM.
• Workday Certification highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements for Workday modules.
• Lead projects with Workday methodology and configuration knowledge.
• Identify opportunities to increase automation and streamline reporting.
• Communicate processes, implications, and risks to stakeholders.
• Configure, test, and deploy Workday upgrades and enhancements.
