Job summary

Loenbro, LLC is seeking an HRIS Analyst to support, maintain, and enhance HR technology applications, primarily Greenhouse, with strong collaboration across HR, IT, and business stakeholders. The role emphasizes security, integrations, and testing to improve candidate experiences and HR processes.

The ideal candidate translates business requirements into practical technology solutions, working with both technical and non-technical teams in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience supporting HRIS, HR technology, Talent Management systems, or business applications.
• Experience configuring and administering HRIS or Talent Management applications.
• Experience with Greenhouse or another enterprise ATS.
• Experience supporting application integrations and troubleshooting system issues.
• Experience developing and executing system testing plans, test scenarios, and test cases.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and enhance HRIS and Talent Management applications, with primary responsibility for Greenhouse.
• Manage application security, user access, system updates, configuration changes, and enhancements.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolutions with IT, Business Systems, HR, and vendors.
• Support integrations between Greenhouse and other business applications, including troubleshooting and enhancements.
• Develop and execute test plans, scenarios, and test cases for system changes, integrations, and enhancements.
