Enlyte is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to lead the development, implementation, and optimization of HRIS solutions (notably Workday) to enable scalable and compliant HR operations. You will partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT to design processes, deliver advanced reporting, ensure data integrity, and support system testing and releases.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills and Workday expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IS, business, or related field.
• 5+ years HRIS (Workday) experience in admin, config, and support.
• Strong knowledge of HR, Payroll, and Finance integrations.
• Advanced reporting and data analysis with emphasis on governance.
• Workday certification(s) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead design, configuration, and enhancement of HRIS functionality to meet evolving business needs.
• Translate business requirements into system solutions, workflows, and reporting models.
• Develop scalable processes aligned with enterprise transformation goals.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT to ensure system alignment across functions.
• Support testing, releases, and continuous improvement.
