Job summary

RealREPP is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to lead Workday HCM implementations, ensure data integrity, and optimize HR technology. You will partner with HR and IT to troubleshoot issues and deliver actionable people insights.

Responsibilities include administering HR systems, reporting, security, data governance, and system integrations. Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills are essential to drive adoption and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or Technology.
• 5–7 years of enterprise HR technology experience.
• 2+ years with Workday Core HCM, with reporting and integrations.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and data governance.
• Experience leading system implementations and data conversions.

Responsibilities

• Support HR technology implementation, launch, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Identify gaps and partner with IT to implement improvements.
• Administer HR systems including user access, uploads, audits, and troubleshooting.
• Develop and deliver HR reports, dashboards, and metrics.
• Enable change readiness and user adoption through training and communications.
• Collaborate on upgrades, integrations, and end‑user testing.
