Job summary

JBT Marel seeks a Senior HR Reporting & Analytics Analyst to own Workday reporting, dashboards, and governance. You will design scalable reporting solutions, partner with HR teams, and deliver actionable workforce insights to leaders across a global organization.

The role focuses on HR analytics, data governance, and AI-assisted report development, using Power BI and Databricks to expand beyond Workday. A strong emphasis on accuracy, compliance, and stakeholder collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, HR, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience developing reporting solutions within Workday.
• Strong experience building custom reports, calculated fields, dashboards, and reporting frameworks within Workday.
• Proficiency in Power BI, including dashboard design and data modeling.
• Strong SQL skills and understanding of relational data structures.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously enhance Workday reporting ecosystem, including custom reports, calculated fields, dashboards, Discovery Boards, and BIRT reports.
• Deliver accurate, timely workforce insights to support HR leaders, HR Business Partners, and stakeholders.
• Support recurring and ad-hoc reporting across headcount, turnover, compensation, talent, recruiting, payroll, and workforce planning.
• Translate business questions into scalable reporting solutions to improve visibility and data-driven decisions.
