Job summary

First United Bank seeks a Senior HRIS Analyst to partner with the HRIS Systems Manager and maintain Workday across modules, ensuring data integrity and timely reporting. You will serve as the technical point of contact for system support, testing, and configuration.

You will design automated reports, support audits, and drive process improvements while collaborating with HR, Payroll, Benefits, IT, and business partners. A strong Workday background and certification are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• At least 5 years HRIS Analyst experience and 3–5 years of Workday experience.
• Workday Pro Certification preferred and strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HRIS Systems Manager to maintain Workday and related systems.
• Configure Workday modules: HCM, Absence, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking, Advanced Compensation, Time and Attendance.
• Develop and maintain reports, ensure data integrity, and support audits and data requests.
• Plan, test, and implement system upgrades and new Workday features.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Information Systems or related field
