Job summary

Fulton Bank is seeking an experienced HRIS Administrator to manage Workday configurations, reporting, and integrations across its HR ecosystem. You will collaborate with HR leadership, IT, and business partners to optimize Workday functionality and support biannual release cycles.

The role requires hands-on Workday experience, strong data analytics, and the ability to translate technical concepts for end users. Occasional travel to Lancaster, PA may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 6+ years HR Operations, HRIS, or People Operations experience.
• 3+ years Workday HRIS experience with hands-on configuration and releases.

Responsibilities

• Lead HRIS configuration, maintenance, and biannual release cycles.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and efficient system operation.
• Develop and maintain advanced Workday reports and dashboards.
• Build, test, and troubleshoot integrations (API, SFTP).
• Partner with HR, IT, and business teams to drive adoption and training.
