Job summary

WDBeacon is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to lead Workday configuration and ongoing optimization. You will partner with HR leaders to translate requirements into automated, reliable processes while ensuring data integrity and security across the system.

You will own system administration, manage security, business processes, and testing cycles, mentor junior analysts, and drive improvements to the HR tech roadmap, delivering smoother user experiences for colleagues.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience in WorkdayHRIS administration and configuration

Responsibilities

• Lead the HR technology portfolio and roadmap with HRIS leadership and stakeholders
• Own and execute Workday administration including configuration, security & compliance, data migrations
• Lead user acceptance testing cycles with test scenarios and cases
• Maintain the HR technology roadmap in collaboration with HR leadership
• Mentor junior HRIS Analysts and provide Workday SME support
• Implement process improvements to enhance user experience and efficiency
• Collaborate with CoE teams to analyze business issues and leverage Workday accordingly
• Document business processes, data flows, and requirements clearly
