Job summary

Caris Life Sciences is seeking an HRIS Analyst to join the HR Operations team. You will support workforce analytics, compliance, and engagement through Workday HCM, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Absence, Scheduling, and Core Compensation.

You will collaborate with the HR Technology director to deliver a best-in-class Workday experience, including Advanced Compensation, Integrations, and reporting. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, Business Administration or related field.
• 1-3 years of Workday admin experience with HCM, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Absence, Scheduling, and Core Compensation.
• Strong knowledge of Workday configuration, security, and integrations.
• Experience with Workday EIB and outbound/inbound integrations.
• Advanced Excel and data modeling for HR analytics.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance complex Workday reports and dashboards for HR and business ops.
• Audit HRIS data and ensure accuracy across key modules; support data migrations.
• Deliver quarterly/annual HR reports to senior leadership; coordinate with stakeholders.
• Audit Workday security and manage user access, roles, and permissions.
• Provide training and materials to increase adoption of Workday features.
