MrBeast is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst (Workday) to architect and scale our global HR system landscape. You’ll lead design, configuration, and integrations across HR, IT, and Finance, ensuring data integrity and secure access.

Responsibilities include building ETL pipelines, dashboards, and executive analytics, while overseeing Workday releases and change management in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of HRIS/HR tech administration experience.
• 5+ years of direct Workday configuration in medium/fast-growth firms.
• Deep Workday Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Time Tracking knowledge.
• Strong SQL/ETL and cloud data warehouse experience (Snowflake/BigQuery).
• Experience with Workday Studio, EIBs, APIs, and security architecture.
• Familiarity with analytics tools: Prism Analytics, People Analytics, dashboards.

Responsabilidades

• Architect design and evolution of Workday to support HR, IT, and Finance goals.
• Serve as Workday Core HCM admin; configure security and processes.
• Build integrations with Deel, Greenhouse, Okta, and others.
• Create robust ETL data pipelines and data warehouse connections.
• Deliver advanced reporting and executive dashboards for leadership.
• Own Workday release management, testing, and change control.
