Job summary

WDBeacon is seeking a Workday Systems Functional Analyst to serve as the ERP subject matter expert. You will configure Workday HCM, support design, testing, and integration efforts, and help maintain data integrity and regulatory compliance across the health system.

You will document processes, develop testing criteria, and provide end-user support, ensuring efficient workflows and high-quality user experiences. 5+ years of related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent extensive work experience in managing ERP systems (Workday).
• 3 years’ Workday experience with expertise in planning, configuring, deploying Workday HCM and system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Configure business processes, security, dashboards, reports, calculated fields, and EIBs.
• Document workflows and create user friendly procedures.
• Provide training, guidance, and support to end users.
• Perform data analysis to support decision making.
• Manage change communications, test system changes, and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with teams and vendors; communicate system updates.
• Support Workday integrations and ensure security with audit requirements.
