Andersen Corp. is seeking an experienced HRIS professional to support UKG and related systems from our King of Prussia, PA office. You will troubleshoot, configure, test, and implement HRIS functionality, and collaborate with the HRIS team and vendors.

In this role you will lead small-to-mid size HRIS projects, provide production support, and ensure accurate data reporting while maintaining strong cross-functional collaboration across HR, IT, and Benefits.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering enterprise HRIS.
• UKG experience strongly preferred; others like Workday/Oracle HCM accepted.
• 5+ years HRIS experience; degree preferable.

Responsabilités

• Act as tier two HRIS support for system issues.
• Configure, test, and implement new functionality in UKG and other systems.
• Collaborate with HRIS team; provide internal client support.
• Monitor integrations and troubleshoot issues.
• Lead small-to-medium HRIS projects and aid larger initiatives.
