Job summary

Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is seeking an HRIS Admin to support data-driven HR initiatives. You will run UKG reports, maintain data accuracy, and design analytics systems for the HR department. The role requires proficiency with UKG Pro, Excel, and BI tools to deliver actionable insights to HR leadership.

As part of a large, distributed firm, you will collaborate with HR Ops and IT to ensure seamless data flows and timely reporting across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience with UKG Pro and Workforce Management.
• Advanced Excel skills with large data sets.
• BI tools experience and data integration knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Run and distribute reports from UKG to support HR and operations.
• Maintain accuracy and integrity of employee data; audit discrepancies.
• Design data systems for HR analytics and dashboards.
• Process data changes and support UKG integrations with vendors.
• Develop HR reports providing insights to leadership.
