Job summary

Buckle is seeking an HRIS Technical Systems Analyst to manage UKG HRIS administration, data quality, and reporting. The role focuses on technical execution, system data integrity, and backend functionality, collaborating with HR, IT, and vendors to keep HR data accurate and processes running smoothly.

You'll configure UKG modules, design reports and dashboards, and support file feeds and integrations while ensuring compliance and security across HR workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or related field with 4–6 years HRIS experience.
• Experience with UKG configuration, reporting, and integrations.
• Strong data integrity, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Maintain UKG HRIS configuration, permissions, and workflows.
• Develop reports and dashboards within UKG.
