Job summary

Aaon Coil Products Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior HRIS Analyst to manage Workday Payroll, Time Tracking and Absence. You will lead configuration, testing, reporting, and governance, partnering with Payroll, HR, Finance and IT to drive improvements.

The role is based in Tulsa, OK, with a hybrid work environment and opportunities to mentor junior analysts while delivering high-value HRIS solutions for payroll and workforce management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IS, business, accounting, or related discipline.
• Five or more years of HRIS experience, including payroll/workforce management.
• Three or more years of Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence experience preferred.
• Experience with reporting, analytics, testing, and stakeholder engagement.
• Equivalent background via education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary functional admin for Workday Payroll, Time Tracking and Absence.
• Lead configuration, optimization, and enhancements.
• Partner with Payroll, HR, Benefits, Finance and IT to gather requirements.
• Lead testing for releases, integrations, regulatory updates, and UAT.
• Develop reports, dashboards, analytics to support operations.
• Mentor junior HRIS analysts and ensure data governance.
