Job summary

Daniels Health is seeking an experienced HRIS Workday Analyst focused on Payroll, Absence and Time Tracking to join our People and Culture team. This role maintains Workday configuration and ensures compliant payroll across US, UK, Canada and Australia.

You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance and Operations to drive improvements, resolve issues and support ongoing projects while ensuring data accuracy and governance across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Workday HRIS Analyst or similar HR system role.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Payroll, Absence and Time Tracking modules.
• Experience supporting US and UK payroll environments and related time/leave requirements.
• Ability to configure, test and deploy Workday functionality including processes, integrations and security.
• Strong stakeholder management and the ability to translate technical details for non-technical users.
• Experience in multi-site or multi-country organizations, preferably in healthcare or logistics.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Workday modules related to Payroll, Absence and Time Tracking for US and UK populations.
• Act as a subject matter expert on Workday processes and provide guidance to HR, Payroll and managers.
• Troubleshoot data discrepancies and integration errors in a timely, accurate manner.
• Partner with Payroll and HR teams to ensure compliant payroll processing across jurisdictions.
• Develop, test and deploy changes to business processes, workflows and reporting in Workday.
• Create and maintain standard and ad-hoc Workday reports and dashboards.
• Support system upgrades and new functionality releases with user testing and documentation.
• Provide end-user training and reference materials to drive adoption and data quality.
• Ensure data integrity, governance and compliance with relevant policies.
