Responsibilities

• Serve as primary Workday administrator for Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence modules.
• Lead configuration, enhancements, and release management with testing and UAT.
• Partner with Payroll, HR, Benefits, Finance, and IT to translate business needs into system solutions.
• Develop advanced reports and dashboards to support payroll operations and workforce analytics.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and data integrity across Workday systems.
