Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology is seeking an experienced Workforce Data Analyst to own the development and delivery of global workforce dashboards, reporting solutions, and people insights. The role combines data from HR, Finance, IT, and other sources to reveal trends and drive business decisions.

As a seasoned contributor, you will manage complex reporting, partner with HR and IT, and translate business questions into metrics, visuals, and actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in workforce analytics, HR reporting, dashboard development, or related analytical role.
• Experience integrating data from multiple systems to identify trends and deliver insights.
• Experience developing dashboards, data models, visualizations, and executive reporting solutions.
• Experience partnering with HR, HRIS, Finance, IT, and business leaders in a global organization.
• UKG Pro and UKG People Analytics (Cognos BI) experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the design, development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of global workforce dashboards, scorecards, and reporting products.
• Translate business requirements into scalable metrics, visualizations, and self-service reporting solutions for HR, business, and executive stakeholders.
• Balance recurring reporting with complex ad hoc analysis and automate manual reporting processes.
• Prepare executive-ready dashboards, presentations, and analyses to support workforce planning and strategic HR initiatives.
