Qualifications

• 4+ years supporting HR systems, with Dayforce preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in business or information systems.
• Experience configuring, testing, troubleshooting, and production support for HR systems.
• Comfortable working directly in technical tools and live production environments.

Responsibilities

• Support configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of core HR and ATS systems.
• Serve as QA partner and tester for system changes, integration updates, and defect fixes.
• Test releases, regression scenarios, and changes prior to production deployment.
• Manage a steady volume of support issues within established service levels.
