National Veterinary Associates (NVA) is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to support configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Dayforce and related HR systems in a fast-paced environment across the United States. You will combine hands-on system work with analysis, testing, and documentation while collaborating with HR partners and system owners.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience supporting HR systems, with Dayforce experience.
• Familiarity with core Dayforce modules.
• Experience with system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Comfortable working directly in technical tools and supporting live production environments.

Responsibilities

• Support configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of core HR and applicant tracking systems.
• Serve as a QA partner and tester for system changes, updates, and defect fixes.
• Test releases, regression scenarios, and changes prior to production deployment.
• Manage a steady volume of support issues and requests, prioritizing, investigating, and resolving them within SLAs.
• Partner with team members and vendors to ensure system needs are met.
