Job summary

VDart Inc. is seeking a Senior IT HCM Business Systems Analyst with deep Dayforce expertise to support a major HCM implementation and ongoing HR technology needs.

This role partners with HR, Payroll, Benefits, IT, and the implementation partner to validate requirements, guide configuration decisions, manage integrations, and ensure a successful January 2027 go-live. You will lead Dayforce across Core HR, WFM, Payroll, and Benefits, gathering requirements, translating them to configurations, and

Qualifications

• Hands-on Dayforce implementation across Core HR, WFM, Payroll, and Benefits.
• Experience supporting HR, Payroll, and Benefits business processes on the IT side.
• Strong understanding of HR data, integrations, and third-party connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead Dayforce implementation across Core HR, WFM, Payroll, and Benefits.
• Serve as IT-side HCM SME, gathering requirements and recommending Dayforce solutions.
• Translate business needs into system configurations, workflows, reports, and integrations.
• Collaborate with implementation partners to validate solutions and keep rollout on track.
• Support integrations between Dayforce and enterprise apps, including data feeds and payroll interfaces.
• Partner with developers on APIs, data flows, and troubleshooting.
• Develop and execute test plans, validate data integrity, and coordinate sign-off.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, support releases, and maintain documentation.
