Job summary

AEVEX Corp. seeks an HR Systems Analyst to own UKG and related HR systems, driving configuration, data integrity, and workflow automation. You will partner with HR, IT, Security and business leaders to optimize processes, enable data-driven decisions, and support workforce planning.

The role emphasizes system upgrades, security, reporting via UKG analytics, and cross-functional collaboration aligned with AEVEX’s operational goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
HRIS or HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
4+ years of experience in HRIS, HR Operations, or related field.
Hands-on experience with multiple UKG Modules is required.

Responsibilities

Own HR reporting strategy, including dashboards and analytics.
Serve as system owner for UKG and related HR systems; manage configurations.
Design and maintain HR workflows; automate manual processes where possible.
Ensure data governance, integrity, and regulatory compliance.
