Job summary

TGW Logistics seeks an HRIS Analyst to administer and optimize HR systems, including SAP SuccessFactors and UKG Ready. You will create actionable analytics, reports, and dashboards to inform strategy and improve HR operations.

The role partners with global technology teams to address local HRIS needs and supports upgrades, training, and documentation for end users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in HR, IS, or data analytics.
• 5+ years of HRIS administration, HR Operations, or related systems experience.
• SAP SuccessFactors experience is required; UKG Ready experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for UKG Ready, SAP SuccessFactors, and related HR tech platforms.
• Configure, maintain, and optimize HR system workflows, permissions and self-service.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics for decision support.
• Lead local HRIS upgrades and implementations and ensure successful deployments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to identify automation and process improvements.
• Create and maintain system documentation, work instructions, and end-user training.

Job description

The Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst is responsible for the administration, maintenance, support, and optimization of TGW's Human Resources Information Systems, including UKG Ready and SAP SuccessFactors. This role serves as the primary technical resource for the HR systems, supporting system configuration and optimization, reporting and analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR operations through efficient use of technology. The HRIS Analyst partners closely with global technology teams to ensure enterprise HR technology solutions effectively support and address local HRIS needs.

What You’ll Be Handling

• Serves as primary subject matter expert for UKG Ready, SAP SuccessFactors, and related HR technology platforms.
• Configures, maintains, and optimizes HR system workflows, processes, permissions, and selfservice functionality to support evolving business needs.
• Develops and maintains comprehensive reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics that provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Leads local and supports global HR system upgrades and implementations, ensuring successful deployment of new functionality and processes.
• Collaborates with cross-functional business leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement, workflow automation, and enhanced utilization of HR technology.
• Develops and maintains system documentation, work instructions, and training guides, and conducts end-user training.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in HRIS administration, HR Operations, or related systems experience required. SAP SuccessFactors experience required.
• Extensive experience administering SAP SuccessFactors (required), UKG Ready (a plus), or other enterprise HRIS platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in creation of HR reports, dashboards, workforce analytics, and data visualizations.
• Prior experience supporting HRIS implementations, upgrades, and testing.
• Demonstrated experience supporting HR systems within multi-state organizations (required) and global organizations (a plus).
