Job summary

AEVEX is seeking an HR Systems Analyst to administer, configure, and optimize HR systems, primarily UKG. You will be the SME for HR technology, driving data integrity, reporting, and workflow automation across HR, IT, Security, and business leaders.

The role partners with People Ops to scale processes, implement automation, and support workforce planning, ensuring data-driven decisions align with company policies and security standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IS, business, or related field is required.
• HRIS or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
• 4+ years in HRIS/HR Operations or related field.
• Hands-on experience with multiple UKG modules (UKG Pro, WFM, HRSD).
• Experience with reporting tools (UKG BI, Power BI, etc.).
• Experience with workflows, integrations, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Own UKG and related HR systems, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
• Configure business rules, workflows, and organizational structures.
• Lead system upgrades, enhancements, and releases; primary contact for changes.
• Administer system security roles, permissions, and access controls.
• Design and maintain HR workflows within HRSD, People Assist, and Document Manager.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual HR processes and improve efficiency.
• Partner with People Ops to transition transactional work into scalable system solutions.
• Ensure alignment between HR processes and system capabilities.
• Own HR reporting strategy with dashboards and analytics.
• Develop and maintain reports using UKG analytics and Power BI.
• Support workforce planning through org chart tools.
