Job summary

AEVEX seeks an HR Systems Analyst to own and optimize HR systems, primarily UKG, ensuring data integrity, efficient workflows, and robust reporting. You will partner with HR, IT, Security, and business leaders to enhance HR processes, enable data-driven decisions, and support workforce planning.

The role emphasizes system configuration, upgrades, and data governance, translating business needs into scalable tech solutions across HR platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or related field required.
• HRIS or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
• Hands-on experience with UKG modules (UKG Pro, WFM, HRSD) required.
• Experience with reporting tools (UKG BI, WFM Reporting, Power BI) preferred.
• Experience with system configuration, workflows, and integrations; automation a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own HR system ownership and configuration for UKG, Greenhouse Onboarding, and related HR systems.
• Design, build, and maintain HR workflows within HRSD, People Assist, and Document Manager.
• Establish data governance standards; monitor data quality and troubleshoot discrepancies.
• Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports; support workforce planning with org chart tools.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Security, and vendors to implement system initiatives.
