Job summary

Sysco is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to work with senior leadership as part of the OpCo team, aligning local and enterprise-wide HR initiatives with business goals. The role includes talent development, succession planning, performance management, investigations, and guidance on policy interpretation, leaves, and terminations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 7+ years exempt HR experience; or 7–10 years strategic HR leadership.
• Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
• Strong consultative, presentation and business communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior management to identify and develop talent through training, mentoring and stretch assignments.
• Oversee performance management and associate reviews.
• Provide coaching on employment issues such as policy interpretation, leaves, and terminations.
• Conduct investigations, respond to grievances, and participate in union negotiations.
• Support workforce planning and collaboration with Talent Acquisition.
