Job summary

Sysco Corp. is seeking an onsite HR professional to support the HR Manager and HRBP in implementing local initiatives and corporate programs.

You will help create an environment to attract, develop, retain and engage talent across the OpCo to meet business goals. Responsibilities include coordinating new associate orientations, unemployment claims, onboarding and exit interviews, leave administration, OSHA reporting, and supporting payroll-related activities via the eTime system.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of HR management experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field preferred for internal candidates.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred; Workday experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and conduct new associate orientation and onboarding activities.
• Provide coaching and guidance to associates and supervisors on policy and procedures.
• Support hiring managers and Talent Acquisition with recruitment and staffing plans.
• Support and maintain eTime system and payroll-related activities.
• Assist HRBP in driving an inclusive and diverse culture.
• Administer programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
