Job summary

Leeds Professional Resources seeks an experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to influence business strategy and shape people initiatives. This role partners with senior leaders to attract, develop, and retain top talent while aligning HR with organizational objectives.

You will drive organizational design, workforce planning, and succession efforts, lead recruiting, and coach managers on performance and employee relations in a large corporate setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 7+ years HR experience including HRBP with senior leaders.
• Experience in talent acquisition, development, planning, retention.
• Ability to influence executives and lead strategic HR initiatives.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with executive leadership to execute strategic HR initiatives.
• Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management.
• Lead recruiting to attract top talent across the organization.
• Identify succession planning and development opportunities.
• Drive retention programs and long-term organizational growth.
