Our client, a large publicly traded company, is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and play a key role in shaping both current and future people strategies. Responsibilities
- Partner closely with executive leadership and management teams to develop and execute strategic HR initiatives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on organizational design, workforce planning, employee engagement, and talent management.
- Lead and support recruiting efforts to attract top-tier talent across the organization.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify succession planning and talent development opportunities.
- Drive employee retention initiatives and create programs that support long-term organizational growth.
- Support performance management processes and provide coaching to managers on employee relations and leadership best practices.
- Analyze workforce trends and HR metrics to make data-driven recommendations.
- Champion company culture, employee engagement, and change management initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience as an HR Business Partner supporting senior leadership.
- Strong background in talent acquisition, employee development, workforce planning, and retention strategies.
- Proven ability to influence leaders and drive strategic initiatives across multiple business functions.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working within a large corporate or publicly traded company environment preferred.
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certifications are a plus.
