Job summary

Enterprise Electrical seeks an experienced HRBP III to serve as a senior HR advisor to leaders across the organization. You will align workforce strategies with business goals, guide complex employee relations, and drive talent initiatives to strengthen leadership and retention.

As a trusted partner, you will lead workforce planning, organizational design, performance management, succession planning, and change management across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent combinations of education, certifications, and progressive HR experience may be considered.
• Minimum of four (4) years of progressive HR experience with significant business partnership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to directors, vice presidents, and operational leaders on workforce strategy, organizational design, talent planning, and leadership effectiveness.
• Lead complex, sensitive, and cross-functional employee relations investigations and resolution efforts.
• Lead workforce planning efforts related to growth initiatives, restructuring, project transitions, leadership changes, and organizational development.
• Influence compensation, promotion, career development, and talent decisions in partnership with compensation and recruiting teams.
• Analyze workforce metrics including turnover, absenteeism, engagement, retention, organizational health, and leadership effectiveness.
• Collaborate with HR leadership to deliver integrated HR solutions across recruiting, compensation, benefits, payroll, safety, and learning.
• Mentor HRBP I and HRBP II team members and support ongoing development of HR capabilities.
