Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
5+ years of human resources or related experience.
Experience in making data driven business decisions.
Experience supporting or leading employee-focused processes (onboarding, benefits, investigations, training, talent management).

Responsibilities

Drive risk identification and mitigation with data insights and partnerships across functions.
