Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an HR Business Partner for the Rapid & Rural Logistics PXT (R2L) to provide HR generalist support to hourly employees and leaders. The role focuses on talent management, employee engagement, and improving the employee experience through data-driven insights.

You will partner with business leaders to drive HR initiatives, coach on performance, and lead projects that enhance culture and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years Amazon experience.
• 2+ years of human resources or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting or leading employee-focused processes (onboarding, benefits, investigations, training or talent management).

Responsibilities

• Improve site effectiveness by identifying systemic patterns and ensuring fair policy application.
• Use data analytics to identify trends and drive improvements in employee experience and performance.
• Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs.
• Coach leaders on people management practices and talent development.
• Partner with leaders to ensure equitable talent practices across selection, development, and advancement.
• Drive adoption of HR technology solutions, AI, and self-service tools to improve user experience.
