Job summary

Muon Space seeks a Senior People Business Partner to own end-to-end people strategy and operational execution across a growing organization. This hybrid role is based at our San Jose office, three days per week, with potential remote options for West Coast candidates who can travel quarterly.

You will partner with leaders to design manager development, talent reviews, and scalable HR initiatives while protecting confidentiality and employee trust.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years of progressive HRBP or People Operations experience in fast-paced environments.
• Proven success designing, facilitating, and driving manager development initiatives.
• Ability to translate business goals into actionable project roadmaps and execute independently.
• Outstanding communication skills with warmth, empathy, and customer-service mindset.
• Discretion with sensitive personnel data and complex employee relations matters.
• Hands-on experience with modern HR systems (Rippling, Lattice) and clear documentation.
