Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in program management.
• Educational background in engineering; advanced degrees preferred.
• Proven track record delivering complete systems on time and to scope.
• Experience in satellite-based systems and integrated master schedules.
• Familiarity with cloud-based productivity tools and vendor/contract management.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills across engineering disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management for satellite development programs.
• Coordinate resources, plans, schedules, and budgets across stakeholders.
• Develop and track roadmaps and performance metrics throughout programs.
• Support business development through proposals and captures.
