Job summary

Commure is seeking a strategic Senior People Business Partner to support Engineering, Product and Design. This role will partner closely with leaders to tackle people and organizational challenges, strengthen manager effectiveness, and drive data-informed decisions across the employee lifecycle.

You'll build relationships with the teams you support, identify issues before they become problems, and own work end to end. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in our Mountain View HQ.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in a similar role.
• Experience supporting senior leaders in high-growth environments.
• Experience with HR tools, automation, and AI to build self-service resources.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a hands-on People partner to leaders across org design, talent planning, team effectiveness, and workforce decisions.
• Coach managers on performance, feedback, career development, and day-to-day management practices.
• Partner on compensation, equity planning, and related governance; standardize processes.
• Use data and business context to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across retention and engagement.
• Develop retention strategies for critical talent and teams.
• Build relationships and surface risks and opportunities across teams.
