You will partner with the VP of People Operations to implement scalable HR programs, support onboarding and payroll, and maintain compliance across federal, state, and local laws while fostering a transparent, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in People Operations or HR with at least 4+ years of direct people management experience.
• Scaling HR functions through rapid hyper-growth phases.
• Strategic expertise in Total Rewards and benefits design, vendor negotiations, and Open Enrollment management.
• Strong executive partnership and the ability to translate business goals into action while maintaining discretion.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the VP of People Operations to design scalable HR strategies and infrastructure for rapid growth.
• Oversee onboarding, benefits, payroll, and offboarding across the employee lifecycle.
• Foster an inclusive, supportive culture grounded in integrity and psychological safety.
• Lead pulse surveys to measure engagement and drive feedback-driven improvements.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and ITAR/EAR where applicable.
• Manage Open Enrollment, vendor relations, and total rewards strategy.
