Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support AWS Global Sales NAMER, partnering with senior leaders on talent strategy, organizational design, and workforce planning in a cloud and GenAI-focused market.

You will guide leadership development, performance cycles, compensation, and talent management, while driving diversity, inclusion, and change management in a large, matrixed, sales-focused organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Knowledge of employment law and HR policies and procedures.
• 3+ years of human resource generalist experience.
• Knowledge of human resource theory, including employee relations, learning, and performance management.
• Experience using MS Office tools and HR Information Systems.

Responsibilities

• Coach and consult senior sales leaders on organizational design and management issues, including challenging and influencing decision making processes
• Develop and execute a lifecycle approach to HR programs such as performance management, compensation cycles, and talent management by assessing organizational performance, defining talent gaps, and proposing solutions in support of business objectives
• Support organizational design and workforce planning in a rapidly evolving go to market environment, including industry segmentation, customer coverage model changes, and new team stand ups
• Implement employee engagement strategies to foster a high performance, inclusive environment rooted in Amazon's Leadership Principles
• Streamline and implement new processes to create speed, efficiency, and agility within the organization
• Lead change management efforts around culture and process evolution, including supporting transitions tied to new customer segmentation models and org restructures
• Develop thoughtful, integrated approaches to promote diversity and inclusion in talent attraction, development, and retention
• Facilitate the consistent application, implementation, and improvement of Human Resources programs
• Partner with the HRP team and business leaders to manage day to day employee relations issues, in line with local legislation
• Collaborate with leaders to execute recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives and support internal mobility across a geographically distributed sales organization

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field
